Sustainability-related disclosure on the sale of insurance investment products:
We do not currently pursue an independent sustainability strategy. Our present approach is to scrutinise the information provided by the insurers when selecting insurance companies and insurance products. This is because the European supervisory authorities have not yet put the relevant regulatory standards in place and there is a lack of information from the insurance companies in order to be able to examine in detail any existing adverse effects on sustainability and how these can be factored into the advice given. We are monitoring the situation and will develop our own sustainability strategy in due course, taking particular account of adverse effects on sustainability factors in our advice. The relevant issues will be taken into consideration as standard in future as the market expands.
Our remuneration for insurance brokerage does not vary depending on whether the recommended insurance investment product takes account of sustainability risks or not. The amounts paid to our employees do not differ depending on whether the recommended insurance investment product takes account of sustainability risks or not.
